Well hey there strangers! I know I have been awful in updating you all on the happenings in my life. And it has been even longer since I've done a Hump Day post, so without further ado!
Here are the workouts for, and this is depressing, the last 3ish weeks YIKES!
Also, I got into a fight with my jump rope during double unders...and lost
But there is a positive to be taken from all of this...I was able to max out on Deadlift's last week and managed to make it on our leaderboard! 275lbs!!!
