Ok yall so it's Wednesday, which we all know is when I am supposed to share my amazing week of workouts with you all and how great I feel. Well as I stated yesterday my last 2 weeks have been awful and so I fell of the workout wagon a little bit, by using my favorite excuse: sleep is more important!
But it is all good because I did get in some great workouts, and this week I got started back up on my T25 doubles with my workout buddy Hans! Here are some of the WOD's from the past week:
Now, something that I am very excited about, is that I have tomorrow off from work! I haven't decided exactly what I will be doing with my amazing day, but I'm pretty sure it will look something like this...
So I will see you all after my mini vaca, that hopefully involves delicious umbrella drinks!
