Workout Wednesday: NAILED IT!


Howdy Blogalicious Readers,
 
Congrats you've officially made it to HUMP DAY! And that means it is also time for
 
 
Now I have been really good about my workouts the past week and actually just started the 2nd half of T25 called Beta. And let me tell you how I feel about this next level torture
 
But to my surprise I have been doing extremely well on this set of dvds and will hopefully be seeing that in my cardio during crossfit WOD's, because as of right now it is lacking non-existent. However, I did get to have this little guy motivating me from the sidelines...everyone meet Stan!

Oh and it just so happens that I also went into the gym on Sunday (this is how you know it isn't football season yet) and not only got a new Max of 150lbs on Bench, but also nailed my
 ONE ARM HANDSTAND!
 
 
So as far as I'm concerned this week was a HUGE SUCCESS in the workout department. And I would like to give myself an extra pat on the back for the fact that I went out last night to celebrate a friend's birthday and despite going to bed at 3am, still managed to roll out of bed at 6am and complete an awesome T25 workout! Who says you can't do it all?
